How It Works

PHASE 1 — Value Creation Advisory

EVAC, LLC enters before a transaction is contemplated. We systematically build the operational, financial, and narrative conditions that produce maximum exit velocity at the time of sale. No retainer, no hourly fee, no expense reimbursement.

PAUSE PERIOD — Optional

Duration: As needed Cost: $0

After Phase 1, owners may execute value-building initiatives on their own timeline without active advisor engagement. Our alignment to your outcome remains unchanged.

PHASE 2 — Transaction Execution

Duration: 3–6 months typical Cost: 5.0% success fee at close

When you're ready, EVAC, LLC runs or co-manages the sale process with the same rigor as a traditional investment bank — at a fraction of the cost and only paid at a successful closing.
